About WIWIK, and the WIWIK 100 agenda

A decade of impact, what WIWIK 100 sets out to do, and how you take part.

The pathway

Start here. Go as far as you want.

Free, fully online, and open to every eligible student in Ghana. You leave with a 12-month plan, a project of your own, and a pod that holds you to both.

The future you design
Inside the Fellowship

Five modules, real deliverables

Each module ends in a portfolio artifact — practice, feedback, then proof.

Leadership

Values-based decision-making, influence, and self-leadership habits.

Skills Development

Execution, communication, and career-readiness for the world of work.

Mentoring

A goal-aligned mentor relationship that runs the length of the fellowship.

Community Project

Design and deliver a measurable outcome for a real community.

Entrepreneurship

Customer discovery, an MVP, early traction, and a pitch.

Who can apply

National by design

Eligibility for Stage 1 is explicit and easy to audit — the same standard for everyone, everywhere in Ghana.

Enrolled at a Ghanaian tertiary institution with active GTEC accreditation
In at least your second year of study
Applying on the open national track, or nominated by your institution

Final-year students and recent graduates may be included as capacity allows. Selection uses institution caps and transparent tie-breakers, so no single institution or region dominates.

From the founder

Hear it from Dr. Bernard Tawiah, Founder & Convener.

“The next generation needs more than inspiration. They need a pathway.”

Dr. Tawiah walks through why a decade of conferences became a pathway, and what happens at each of the three stages.
